It’s the most respected supplier of professional hair and beauty products in the UK, and now Salon Services have teamed up with another great brand – the Great British Barbering Academy (GBBA).
Salon Services is handing over some of its stores to the GBBA to deliver a range of high-quality barbering courses across the country, on behalf of luxury male grooming brand The Bluebeards Revenge.
The partnership between Salon Services and the GBBA comes just two years after the stores began stocking The Bluebeards Revenge and found that the brand quickly became its biggest selling male grooming brand.
With 76 outlets – and growing – Salon Services now has the UK’s largest portfolio of stores dedicated to serving hair and beauty professionals.
In the UK and Ireland it trades at more than 250 stores.
Professional customers can choose from a range of more than 4,000 carefully selected hair and beauty products sourced from the world’s leading suppliers and complemented by an extensive portfolio of exclusive brands.
David Hildrew, MD of The Bluebeards Revenge and Bluebeard-in-Chief, said: “We are delighted to be delivering Great British Barbering Academy courses in Salon Services stores across the country.
“Salon Services is one of the most recognised names not just in the barbering industry, but in the whole of the hair and beauty world.
“It has undoubtedly contributed to the meteoric rise of The Bluebeards Revenge since it began stocking our products a couple of years ago.
“That’s because Salon Services has a reputation for being associated with the best names in the business, so naturally there’s no better place for GBBA courses to be delivered.”
Michael Dewey, Managing Director of Salon Service UK & Ireland, commented: “We’re really excited to launch these tailor-made courses exclusively across the UK in partnership with The Bluebirds Revenge and some of the most talented and respected barbers in our industry. Training and development is the lifeblood of our industry and helps professionals to offer their customers the best possible services and expert advice.
“We look forward to welcoming aspiring barbers of all levels – whether they are looking to top up their skills or break into the industry – to our stores to try one of the academy’s courses.”
GBBA courses will be delivered at 12 Salon Services stores across the country. They are: Belfast, Cardiff, Crawley, Edinburgh, Gateshead, Glasgow, Leyton, Manchester, Northampton, Norwich, Plymouth and Poole.
